Setlist.Biz – Nothing Personal, Just Music™

My wife and I have a love for music. Okay, an addiction (Live music in particular) and we always wanted to be involved somehow. Our favorite musician (now acquaintance) Jay Buchanan, came into town a few years back and performed a private show in East Nashville following a paid gig at the Basement. As amazingly talented as he is, we were wondering why people weren’t wrapped around the building waiting to hear this top notch singer/songwriter. I can’t get too detailed about it yet, but Alicon and I created Setlist.biz – Nothing Personal, Just Business for unsigned musicians with a huge following to easily connect with booking agents.

I’ll be pitching (and hopefully) building the Beta version during HackNashville. For one intense weekend, Friday through Sunday, April 20-22, it’s all about simply taking a few good ideas and making them come to life. HackNashville gives you the chance to get in a cool place, commiserate, and build your brains out. Wish me luck!
